Budget Mongolian Beef Noodles š š š so delicious!
500g beef mince
3 garlic cloves minced
1 small onion sliced
2 bok choy or any veg you have on hand sliced thinly ( approximately 1 cup of vegetables)
2 dried red chilli sliced optional
400g wok ready udon noodles
Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons chinese cooking wine optional
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Few drops sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornflour
Black Pepper to taste
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat up a fry pan add some oil. Brown the beef mince well until you have some nice colour and flavour happening. Add the garlic, onion, bok choy and red chilli. Saute for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Add in the udon noodles plus the sauce and stir fry for a couple minutes or until the sauce has reduced and thickened a little.
Serve immediately!
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if you wish
