Honey and Banana Overnight Oats

First go at overnight oats and I like it Creamy, healthy, easy and delish.
This recipe make 5 serves but I'll add info on how to make just one serve if it suits you.
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon chai seeds
3 cups lite milk ( you could use half water here for a slightly healthier version )
1 1/4 cups Greek yoghurt
4 tablespoons vanilla essence or use real vanilla if you can afford it
10 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
Garnishes
Fresh banana ( I soak these in lemon juice to prevent browning but if you're eating straight away there's no need )
1 punnet blueberries
Extra honey to drizzle
Slithered almonds
Add the oats and chai seeds to a bowl, in another bowl add the milk and yoghurt, stir well.
Add the vanilla and salt to the wet mix then add the wet mix to the oats and chai seeds. Mix well and spoon into any container or glass jar's you have laying around. Cover and allow it to sit in the fridge overnight or atleast 8 hours.
Just before serving or a few hours before eating add some sliced banana, blueberries, a drizzle of honey and some slithered almonds.
I like mine wet so you don't have to add any extra milk or yoghurt but you could cut back on the milk if you wish.
Single serve
1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon chai seeds or more if you wish
1/2 cup lite milk plus 1 tablespoon extra of milk
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Pinch sea salt
Follow same instructions as above. I did read that these only last a few days in the fridge so do be careful with that.
Enjoy guys!
