Chick Pea Salad
Delicious, easy and Healthy Chickpea Salad
1 can of chick peas drained
1/2 red onion diced
1/3 cup chopped baby tomato
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/3 cup pitted kallamata olives
1 avocado diced
1/4 cup roughly of marinated feta crumbled
Small handful basil chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. You don't need to measure anything out just go by eye you can't go wrong here!
