Best Beef Rissoles

The best ever beef rissoles recipe!
I've made this time and time again.
This makes 12 rissoles. These also freeze really well uncooked.
1kg beef mince
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons plain flour or gluten free flour
4 tablespoons full cream or lite milk
1/2 brown onion diced
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Plenty of Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in a bowl, mix with your hands to combine well.
Shape into 12 patties.
Make sure you place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cooking so they don't break apart.
I like to cook them in a pan on a medium high heat 5 minutes each side.
Make sure you only turn once and pop a lid on whilst cooking.
Cooking with a lid on gives you a fry/ steamed effect and helps cook the rissoles all the way through.
Sometimes I like to spread a little tomato paste and sprinkle cheese over the top of the rissoles after cooking them, then grill or oven bake for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
Note: sometimes i like to add fresh herbs or 1 teaspoon dried herbs to the rissoles mix if you please
